I started in the hospitality industry 17 years ago as an event planner for a college. I found that vendors, especially caterers, often disappointed me... and their client.

I started my own catering and cake business and enjoyed every minute of the hard work. I like to consider myself to be a "Food Stylist" (yes, I am one of THOSE people. :)

I am always looking for a new challenge. The event business is constantly changing. Following trends is boring. I like starting them! Edible disco dust and LED lighting in food is my jam.

Cotton candy is my latest adventure. It does not disappoint! Asian countries have been doing shaping at street markets for years. I am going to bring that idea, take it up a few notches and blow people's minds!!!

I have never liked the idea of receiving flowers (Boring, yawn). They are expensive, messy and make me sneeze. Cotton candy flowers are an unexpected alternative. Imagine receiving an arrangement and everyone wants to know what the heck it is and, is it really edible???

How many times have you realized you missed a co-worker’s birthday and wished you could have a cake or gift delivered? I wish you could see people's faces when I hand them a giant cotton candy unicorn surrounded by light-up balloons. They seem surprised, a little shocked and finally SUPER happy! It is the best part of the day. People stop us on the street to ask questions and get our info. I love it!
