How Far In advance should I book?
We recommend 2 to 6 weeks in advance. Popular weekend and holidays fill quickly, so earlier is always better.
Do you provide everything we need?
Yes! We bring the equipment, supplies, serving materials, and trained staff so you can relax and enjoy your event.
Do you serve corporate events?
Absolutely. We love helping businesses celebrate employee appreciation days, customer events, grand openings, holiday parties, and promotional events. We specialize in logo and branding opportunities with menu signage, take-away container labels and edible logo images!
Do you require electricity?
Most setups require electricity. If power isn't available, let us know and we'll discuss available options.
How do I request out a quote?
Simply fill out our online contact form with the date of your event, location, estimated number attending and the services you are interested in. You can call, text or email by tapping one of the many buttons or visit our "Contact Us" page.
Are your services family-friendly?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on creating fun, welcoming experiences for guests of all ages with friendly service and unforgettable treats. We make snacking part of the entertainment and kids love our interactive event stations.
Are the station setups extra?
Most are included in the packages and per item price. We custom design each station to match your event's theme and colors from our extensive inventory. Each client is sent a sketch to approve before each event. We adjust until our setup is exactly perfect for your party!
Where did the name Texas Twister come from?
Cotton candy is our specialty. When making it, we twist the fairy floss onto a stick making tiny delicate tornado of sweetness. We love the great state of Texas and it seemed like a good fit. We hope to cross the entire state making people smile (like a nice version of a twister)!
Where is your Store located?
We currently work out of a commercial kitchen and do not have a storefront. Texas Twister delivers our products directly to your home or office.
We are in the process of opening an Austin storefront and food truck in South Austin.
