Special dietary needs can be accommodated because everyone should enjoy cotton candy, popcorn and snow cones! Give us a call and we will make it work.
If you are not satisfied with our product or service, we will replace the item or issue a refund. We advice that all food products be left inside of their package until ready to be served.

DELIVERY
Cotton Candy, popcorn and balloons are sensitive to heat, humidity and moisture. If the recipient of a delivery is not home and the sender chooses to leave product at the door step the sender understands the order may be damaged or destroyed. Customers have the option to pick up the order from our Bastrop location or pay for a second delivery attempt. Please provide clear instructions for delivery and available times recipient can receive their order.
Privacy & Safety
Texas Twister uses secure third-party banking to verify payment. We do not collect data or share customer information. We may contact users after their purchase is completed successfully to ensure quality.
Our user’s privacy is of the highest importance. We will not use, share or give any information without customer consent prior.
Wholesale Inquiries
Texas Twister products are sold in some stores and festivals. Please inquire about adding products to your business!
Give us a call about fund-raising events for non-profits, Churches and schools!
501C Organizations are offered Concessions at no cost and a donation of 30% of the profits made at the event (Example: Product Sale Price - Business Cost = Profit > 30% to Sponsor).

EVENTS SERVICES:
Most event require a (fully refundable) 25% deposit to secure the date (industry standard).
​CANCELLATIONS:
Deposits become non-refundable 1 week prior to the original booking date. Deposits can be used to reschedule for a future available date, transferred to another person/party or used as store credit.
