FAQ
How can I get a quote?
Many of the service and menu pages have buttons, links or form for easy communication.
You can also give us a call, text, email or message us anytime.
Can you serve large corporate events?
Yes! We have many upscale corporate options that can be tailored to any crowd and any event. We have staff and equipment to efficiently serve any size crowd.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, the industry standard is usually a 50% deposit. We charge a 25% deposit that is fully refundable until a week prior to your event date. The deposit holds your date and time on our schedule. Cancellation after the one week deadline must be rescheduled to a future available date, transferred to another client or used as store credit.
You will receive a signed contract and insurance coverage for your venue once the deposit is made.
When is the final balance due?
The service can be paid in full, any time prior or paid after the service has been completed on the date of the event. We understand that events are stressful and a grace period of 2 days after your event is an option. An invoice will be emailed with payment links attached. We also accept PayPal, Venmo, CashAp and Zelle.
Corporate clients may request alternative billing options.
What happens if it rains?
We understand that Texas weather can be unpredictable! If sever weather makes your outdoor event unsafe or impossible, we'll gladly work with you to reschedule your booking to the next available date at no additional charge. If your venue has a backup location, we are flexible and happy to there instead. We ask that any weather-related changes be communicated as soon as possible so we can best accommodate your event.
Can you color match my event?
Yes! setup decorations are our specialty and each event is tailored to the client's details. Visit our Gallery page to pick from our cart, tent and linen options or sent a copy of you colors, invitation or flyer and we will draft sketches of setup to choose from. Any details such as setup area size, power outlet locations or venue coordinator would help ensure the perfect station!
Do you cater school events and fundraisers?
Yes! We love helping schools and meeting future clients. Tax-free options for 501C organizations are available. Most school payments are discounted 30% off our regular prices. Fund-raising products and services are also available.
Do you give nonprofit donations?
Yes, we have several charities that are close to our hearts like animal rescue, breast cancer awareness and childhood illness that we love. Gift certificates for product/services, gift baskets for raffles and services are available. You can reach us on our contact us page with inquiries. We appreciate our community and will do our best to help where we can.
Do you offer full service catering?
Yes! We have many meal options ranging from carnival favorites to charcutier grazing tables, Texas BBQ and fine dining. Please view our Full Service Catering page to view some of our delicious options. We have staff that specializes in many culinary areas that are sure to wow your guests.
Do you cater corporate events?
Yes! We love serving large groups our amazing entrees. We have a huge inventory of buffet style options that are designed to efficiently serve crowds in a timely fashion. We are known for our unique set-ups and special touches that your guest will remember and talk about! We have a double pit smoker food trailer and a food truck option available also.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, our products are delivered straight to your home or office. Our food truck in Bastrop will be opening soon for pick-ups and an Austin storefront location is in the works.
How much cotton candy do I need for 100 people?
That depends on the crowd. I advise , for adult parties, half the guest count (or less). For children's events, one for each guest. Some children will take 3 while others will pass. The serving out evens out. For family events, all children and 1/3 of the adults. Parents tend to share with the kids.
We have a fail safe plan that saves money while ensuring every guest is served. The recommended amount for the crowd. We book based on the the estimated serving amount. If more is served, we bill after the event. Clients can set a maximum serving count and we will end service when it is reached.
