Due to the helium shortage, the price for a floating balloon on a ribbon will increased the price of each balloon $2. We apologize to our customers for the inconvience and will decrease the price as soon as we can. 
 
Please add the amount of balloons in your order that should be inflated with helium to float on a ribbon.
